Shipping policy

Payments:

If you do an EFT payment (on your phone or on the computer) we have to wait for the money to clear in our FNB account. If you pay from any other bank, it takes up to 2 working days for the money to clear.

Example: Payments for orders which clear in our bank account on a Monday will be sent out on Tuesday.

Deliveries and charges:

We make use of The Courier Guy, Fastway Couriers, PUDO & Pargo. They are the most reliable and also the cheapest. The courier fees are determined according to the size, weight and delivery address of the parcel.

Both of the companies collect parcels from us on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

If we received your payment on Thursdays, parcels will only leave our offices on the following Monday.

Delivery takes 3-6 working days from the day of collection. This is the policy of the courier company on standard deliveries. Please keep in mind that deliveries to outlaying areas e.g. smaller villages, rural areas, townships and the countryside will not be delivered in less than 3 working days after collection.

Please let us know if you did not receive your parcel within 5 working days of collection that we can find out what causes the delay.

Office Hours:

Our office hours are from Monday to Thursday 8:00 -16:00, Friday: 8:00 – 13:00. Our offices will be closed over weekends and public holidays.
