ERRORS/DAMAGES:
All of us at the Melworx/Menthocam office try our best to send out parcels punctually and correctly. Unfortunately, although we double check the parcels, there is always the possibility for human error. Please check your parcel as soon as it arrives at your doorstep and when you pick up an error, please immediately take a picture of the parcel as proof and send it through via sms/e-mail to our offices that we can sort out the problem as soon as possible.
*PLEASE TAKE NOTE: We will not be able to correct orders or replace products if we are not notified with proof less than 1 day after delivery of the parcel or if some of the stock was already sold before we were notified with proof.
